Congreso Internacional ABOGACÍA 2013
La Organización Nacional de Bufetes Colectivos, con el coauspicio de la Unión Nacional de Juristas de Cuba y la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de La Habana, convoca al Congreso Internacional ABOGACÍA 2013, a celebrarse del 19 al 21 de noviembre de 2013 en el Palacio de Convenciones de La Habana.
El evento propone una visión multifacética del Derecho y, desde el punto de vista del conflicto judicial, acogerá cualquiera de las materias o temáticas que tributen al tratamiento y la gestión profesional de las situaciones de litigio entre personas naturales o jurídicas, enfocándose, sobre todo, en la representación procesal y la defensa técnica.
Podrán participar como ponentes o delegados, todos los operadores jurídicos, profesionales y estudiantes de Derecho; así como cualquier especialista o investigador de disciplinas afines.
Tema central: "Gestión y solución de litigios jurídicos"
EJES TEMÁTICOS
I. Derechos civiles y su efectivo ejercicio legal.
· Los derechos inherentes a la personalidad: protección legal y nuevos desafíos jurisprudenciales.
· El daño civil: hacia una reparación integral.
· Responsabilidad civil. Implicaciones legales cuando proviene de delito.
· Contratos civiles: multiplicidad de su formulación y efectivo cumplimiento.
· La litis civil. Una perspectiva desde su enseñanza.
II. Nuevas formas de criminalidad: retos para el ejercicio de la abogacía.
· El defensor ante las nuevas formas delictivas.
· El defensor y la investigación penal desde las ciencias auxiliares, en las nuevas conductas criminales.
· Nuevas vías de solución de conflictos penales: intervención del defensor
· Actuación en juicio desde la teoría del caso. Retos para su enseñanza.
III. Litigio familiar, impactos y nuevos desafíos.
· Los tribunales de familia. Visión práctica y representación letrada.
· La solución alternativa ante los conflictos de familia. Una proyección para la abogacía.

· Retos de la Seguridad Social ante la implementación del nuevo modelo económico cubano.
VII. Litigios económicos, mercantiles y financieros.
· La intervención del abogado en la solución de conflictos empresariales.
· Litigación comercial internacional. Vía judicial y formas alternativas de solución.
· Contratos internacionales. Responsabilidad contractual.
Presentación de los trabajos
Los trabajos podrán ser de autoría individual o colectiva, con un máximo de 25 cuartillas, en procesador de texto Word, letra Arial 12 puntos, e interlineado 1.5 (texto justificado).
Deberán ser presentados en soporte magnético, antes del 30 de agosto de 2013, acompañados de un resumen de una cuartilla con identificación de título, autor(es), desempeño profesional, institución y país.
La comisión técnica seleccionará los trabajos que serán incluidos en el Programa Científico y asignará el tiempo y la modalidad de presentación.

· El pago se realizará directamente en el Palacio de Convenciones o a través de nuestra página Web mediante el módulo de acreditación que se habilite.
· Los miembros fundadores de abogacía y los estudiantes al acreditarse deberán presentar documento que justifique tal condición.
· La inscripción como delegado incluye: credencial, materiales del evento, participación en todas las actividades del Programa Científico y los cursos pre Congreso, así como la certificación como participante o ponente.

ANNOUNCEMENT
International Congress ABOGACÍA 2013 (LAW 2013)
The Organización Nacional de Bufetes Colectivos (National Organization of Law Firms), with the co-sponsorship of the Unión Nacional de Juristas de Cuba (National Association of Cuban Jurists)
and the School of Law of the University of Havana, summons to the International Congress ABOGACÍA 2013, to be held on November 19 to 21, 2013, at the International Conventions Center of Havana.
The event proposes a multifaceted vision of Law and, from the judicial conflict point of view, it will welcome any of the matters or topics dealing with the treatment and professional administration
of litigation situations among natural or juridical people, mainly focusing on the procedural representation and technical defense. All juridical operators, professionals and law students, as well as any specialist or researcher of related disciplines can participate as presenters or delegates.

Presentation of works
Works can be of individual or collective authorship, with a maximum of 25 pages, in Word format, Arial 12 font, and 1.5 line spacing 1.5 (justified text). Works should be submitted in electronic format before August 30, 2013, with a one page summary with the title, author(s), professional performance, institution and country.
The technical commission will select the works to be included in the Scientific Program and assign the time and presentation modality.
